describe:
Drop hammer impact testing machine an impact test process is as
follows: install the test sample, set the impact height and other
test parameters, start the testing machine, lift beam falling, lead
screw inversion, drop hammer rise, drop hammer to the predetermined
position, release the drop hammer, drop hammer impact sample,
automatic capture drop hammer, check the test sample. The motor
drives the lead screw to rotate through the synchronous belt wheel
set. Because the lead screw nut is connected to the lift hammer
beam, it drives the lift hammer beam to move up and down, and the
beam then rises with the drop hammer. According to the set pulse
step and screw pitch, the number of rotating pulses is measured by
the photoelectric encoder, and the hammer can be lifted to the set
height. The drop hammer is released, and the hammer falls freely to
impact the sample. When THE impact head HITS the SAMPLE, IT SPRINGS
with the whole HAMMER joint, AND THEN the trap sleeve enters the
trap frame until the guide sleeve is stuck and the hammer falls on
the trap frame.
Application:
This testing machine conforms to ASTM F519 requirements, mainly
used for electroplating/coating treatment and equipment
environment, room temperature duration test of mechanical hydrogen
embrittlement evaluation. It is often used in metallurgical
departments, scientific research institutes, quality inspection
departments, aerospace, automobile manufacturing, machinery
manufacturing, petrochemical industry, building materials, colleges
and universities and related industrial and mining enterprises to
test material properties.
