Equipment structure:
Outer box material: high quality carbon steel plate. Phosphating
electrostatic spray treatment
Inner box material: SUS304 stainless steel high quality light plate
Insulation material: polyurethane hard foaming
The door seal is made of double silicone rubber sealing material.
The observation window is made of multi-layer toughened insulating
glass with conductive film. In order to prevent glass frosting at
low temperature, it is surrounded by built-in special heating wire
and equipped with lighting lamp to provide illumination for
observation.
Control system: imported programmable touch type LCD Chinese
dialogue display, microcomputer integrated controller
To protect the system:
Overall equipment over temperature/under phase/reverse phase/timing
Refrigeration system overload/overpressure
Other protection includes leakage, water shortage, operation
indication, automatic shutdown after fault alarm, etc.
Heating humidifying:
The heater adopts porcelain frame nickel chromium wire electric
heater, which has little thermal inertia and long life.
By the instrument output controllable pulse duty cycle PID signal,
through solid state relay to control, the control is stable and
